Congratulations to TAA Case Managers Valerie Pinarski and BJ Geraci

In 2021, Valerie assisted 81 TAA participants and generated 103 new benefit requests totaling $499,208.11. BJ assisted 85 participants and generated 110 new benefit requests totaling $456,191.52. Both Valerie and BJ exceeded the state average for caseload numbers, new enrollments, benefit generation, and benefit approval rate. They are two of the highest performing case managers in the state!
