Job Seekers with Disabilities:
WorkOne welcomes all job seekers and provides reasonable accommodations to ensure that its buildings, programs and services are accessible to all.

The WorkOne offices in South Bend and Elkhart have new workstations that contain assistive technology designed to help jobseekers with disabilities in their search for gainful employment. They include adjustable workstations, articulating arm supports, large print keyboards and ultra HD video magnifier. Also WorkOne team members have participated in ongoing training to learn new strategies for assisting individuals with disabilities in their job search.
We provide services in both individual and group settings. Some locations may require you to attend an orientation session to identify the services you are eligible for or fit your individual needs. Visit your local WorkOne center to find out how to get started.
Employment Network:WorkOne of Northern Indiana is an Employment Network for SSA’s Ticket to Work program. Ticket to Work is a free and voluntary program for Social Security beneficiaries who want to go to work, get a good job that may lead to a career, and become financially independent. If you receive Social Security benefits, are between the ages of 16 and 64 and want to work, you may already qualify. Contact our Ticket to Work liaison to find out more about Ticket and other Social Security benefits for those who want to return to work.
